Repairing Treadmill motor speed control Board

My wife,s Pro Form Model PFTL39120 developed problems after a power outage.I have checked as far as I know how to, the platform will elevate up and down, which I assume means the power supply board is ok, however the motor will not move via the speed adjustment. I tested the motor windings and they test ok. What do I start checking on the motor speed control board. Any body out there have any experience with these boards, any help or suggestions will sure be appreciated. Iggie

You might contact the manufacturer and see if you can get a service manual or schematic. Or see if they have a replacement board you can install.
