My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can't get VCR menu when hooked to converter box

After hooking up our TV and VCR/DVD player to a converter box, we were pleased with our nice picture and additional channels. All was fine until I went to program a timed recording on the VCR. I know that I need to specify channel 3 for the VCR and then set the converter box to the channel I wish to record, but I can't even get to first base, meaning that I can't bring up the menu on the VCR to program it. What am I doing wrong?
