Phillips/Magnavox 27ts54c101 Problems

To whom it may concern, The problem i have (27ts54c101 Chasis# 27B800-7562)is that i have sound, i dont have picture but the screen looks kind of gray with a little blue up at the top on initial start up. The green LED power light is blinking on the front of the tv. Please help me, any advice will be appriciated.
