I have a philips magnavox model# 9p6031c102 and chassis# ptv835. Ihe problem is I turn on the tv and the green light comes on, but there is no picture or sound. When I use the remote to change the channel or volume the green light flashes as it usually does but there stil is no picture or sound. I would apreciate it if somebody could instruct me on how to fix it. Please Help!!
