I have a CF3566A Chassis 9190 Ser 66641416 that sometimes works great, sometimes shuts off immediately after plugging it in. Sometimes it works great for hours, sometimes it works for awhile then shuts itself off, but turns back on easily with the power button, sometimes after that it only stays on a minute or two, then not at all, then if I unplug it for a minute, it comes back on without a problem for hours. Other times, I can't get it to turn on at all, when I plug it in it turns on for a few seconds then turns itself off.

I pulled the power board, found a cracked solder on the single pin next to the AC power pins and fixed it, no difference.

When it works, it works perfectly.

She's an oldie but goodie, manufactured in 1992 but hasn't seen but a few hundred hours since new.
