Hi -
The doors are manufactured by Fleetwood - the series is Norwood -- they are biparting sliding doors which are ordered, for this application with double the track length so that when they are open they slide fully out of view. They slide on the bottom track and are restrained with a small top track which is concealed by the head jamb.
We used a steel angle to extend the small roof cover and the doors slide over the exterior of the building walls. The exterior walls that you can see were built beyond the house walls. The Fleetwood folks can likely talk you through some of the details and or you could ask them to send you details of their piece.
