cell phone case for a belt

My husband wants one of the first style of cell phone cases. It actually slides onto a belt, and you have to remove the belt to remove the case. He has lost his phone twice because of the clip on mechanisms on the newer cases. These cases actually have 2 slits in them I believe.

The site linked below has cases for numerous models of phones, and most, if not all, have cases with belt loops.
