I already have a custom house layout and interested in someone doing a facade design with elements mediterranean/spanish/southwestern style

Probably should do something with high level landscape design as well.

Ideally that same person would also do interior design.

Ideally that same person would take into account passive house elements

I am not sure if I need an artist, a landscaper or an architect or a way of finding them. Can the forum recommend?

I would like to also take design and material costs into consideration.
