Your photo eyes are out of alignment. One should be on all the time and it is either going to be green or orange in color depending on how old the opener is. The other one should be glowing a solid green. If it is not lit up or is flickering you need to loosen the screws and tweak them a bit to realign them and you problem will go away.

I realign them and now door is working.
