Acacia harder to install?

We're building a house and have found some beautiful prefinished acacia flooring at Lumber Liquidators for a great price. It's supposed to be 74% harder than red oak, which is the type of wood that the builder was originally planning to install and finish on-site. Is acacia more difficult to install because it's a harder wood? I'm wondering if they'll come back and say that the installation price is more because of it. Sounds crazy, but it wouldn't surprise me, given the way things have gone so far! Thanks!
