Weather Seal came loose

My garage door weather seal pulled out of of the bottom of the door is there any way I can fix it?

The door is around 5 years old. I was looking all over for the name of the door and cannot find it any where.
The weather striping goes into the grove and I put it there but it keeps coming out. Is there a cerment or something that one can use to keep it in the grove for good?
