How much oil are we talking about. If it's more than the usual drips from a vehicle, mop up the excess with paper towels or you can use kitty litter or auto parts stores sell a product for that purpose.

Then a little laundry detergent and a scrub brush. If you have a liquid, use it straight or with a little water. Powder, mix with a little water to form a thin paste. Rinse well, repeat as necessary.

The other alternative is a commercial degreaser. You can find it in the cleaning aisle of most home centers. Put it on straight, scrub a little, wait 24 hours, and rinse away.

And fix the car.
