Chamberlain replacement sensor

I need a replacement sensor for my Chamberlain garage door system. It is a Model 2280R Chamberlain Liftmaster Professional Formula I. Manufacture date 11/03.

Anyone have the correct part number? and where I can buy online?

From searching on the internet, it looks like it could be either part number 41A5034 or 801CB, but I don't know what the difference is between the two. I would like to keep the existing bracket and mounting. It is the sensor with the green light.

dmaxt03 you can check e-bay for a set of sensors
41A5034 is the correct replacement number.
