Replaced drive transmission and gears, mower goes forward and pulls backward. Problem is now mower will not rotate, wheels will not move or rotate to allow mower to turn without lifting rear wheels. From handle, right gear has "R" on outside and left gear has "L" on outside. Tried to adjust cable but no help. Any answers?
