sleeper sofa

Help...I need to buy a sleeper sofa for a condo in Park City. I want to sell the condo as soon as the market picks up so I want a decent sofa but don't want to spend a fortune. Saw some Ashley sofas in Salt Lake yesterday but I wasn't to sure about them and after reading postings here I am even less sure about the quality. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Have you thought about a futon? Sleeper sofas are heavy and hard to move, while futons can be disassembled when you sell your condo for easy moving. Futons have come a long way, and are quite stylish now compared to what they were like years ago. They also fold down to make a full or queen size bed.
