I own a 2000 Buick Century and recently discovered that my wiper fluid won't shoot out when I use the controls. I dont have voltage on the end of the connector when i press the button and read it wit a voltmeter. i also cant get the pump to run when i apply 12 volts directly to its leads. it is reading about 3 ohms across its leads with a ohm meter. any suggestions? thank you paul
