I have a craftsman gdo, model 139.53991. My issue is that I cannot open the door from the outside with the remote or keyless entry once shut. The remote has new batteries and works fine inside the garage. Once outside the remote will shut the door but will not open it! I have reprogrammed and even extended the antenna outside thinking it was a range issue with no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, R
