Craftsman GDO unit not working at all

I have a Craftsman model 53989 GDO that quit working altogether. I removed power from it for awhile and when I powered it back up, the lights come on and the door works properly for a few minutes. When the lights time out, the light on the control button goes out, as does the green receive eye indicator, and nothing works. Is there anything I can check, or do I have a bad logic board. Thanks
