it may be hard to find but find a Hartco dealers (hardwood tile company) now owned by Armstrong. Doubt you will find it in teak but its a start.

It is almost non existent. I bought up nearly all I could find of teak Hadden Hall last year from a Philadelphia company. Global logging restrictions on teak make it hard to come by. At one time your particular pattern was common and inexpensive.

The floor pictured above is probably Hevea, AKA Rubberwood. It's different from your Teak.

What's it worth? If someone desperately needs it to save their floor, you should get at least $5.00 a square foot.
