Does any know if there are any IRS tax credits for this year or next if you purchase a 20 seer and 14 seer American standard heat pump for a new home that will be constructed. Everything I read refers to home improvement tax credits for heat pumps. I did see where the builder could receive a $2,000 credit if they do certain things. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
