Baby's Circle afghan

I am trying to get the instructions for the "Baby's Circle" afghan from the Quick n' Easy Crocheting series, 1985. Actually, I just want to know how to crochet the "wagon wheel" part of the edging. Does anyone have this pattern and would be willing to describe how to crochet the circles in a continuous pattern? The rest I can figure out.

Marty, I posted a response for you last night, but I don't see it now. Strange. I have made 2 of the Baby's Circle afghans and would be happy to help you with the edging. Please send me an email and we can work it out. The "wagon wheels" are actually made in 2 rows - a bottom half circle and then a top half circle.
