You mean over the years, turning yellow?

Yes, I crocheted them with wire and the white yarn together so it would be almost impossible to wash them. Is there any kind of product or homemade solution I can dip or spray on these to keep them from turning yellow with age?

I really don't know, but is it acrylic yarn? Not sure if white acrylic yarn would yellow or not, but I wouldn't think so.
