My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Heating Load Calc sizing

Hi. My equipment heat load calc for 2 systems is 31196 (first floor) and 25716 (second floor). I wanted to use Bryant 2-stage evolution systems but it seems the lowest capacity is 66k. Does that mean only the lower stage would ever run - if so then it's a waste? I'm assuming it will run at 33k on the low stage and 66k for stage 2.

If I want two stages then the low stage needs to be around 12-16k btuh is that right? If so what options do I have ? other brands?

Is goodman a good brand ? They have a GCH950453BX model that looks to fit well.
