If you go to yahoo.com, and select the "advanced" search, you can type in what you want and designate the language you wish. I would have done it for you, but I don't know the word for crochet or "how to crochet" in Spanish.

There are heaps of crochet books and magazines in Spanish. Many of them also print charts, as well as the written instruction. You might be able to find something at your local library.

This site has some patterns but, like Socks12345, I don't know exactly what to look up. Under Servico, you will see Dicas which gives links - it looks as though there might be a How to Crochet page (if basicos means basics). I would have had to download another Adobe Reader (spanish?) to get to it and I'm running out of room (aren't we all?).

Hope it's something useful or, at least, might point you in the right direction.

Nice site, Wombat, unfortunately it is brazilian, so the stuff is in portuguese, not Spanish. I found some stuff once doing a search for 'ganchillo' and 'crochet basico' 'el arte de crochet', etc. Try those in a google search.

My sincere apologies. Just goes to show how little I know about the Spanish language.
