We are going to have new oak shaker style kitchen cabinets installed. We are going to have them painted white.

I want to use a crown molding that will be between 2-3 inch high profile. The molding will be a very simple style..nothing fancy.

I like a more traditional style than what a shaker cabinet calls for.

I've been looking at different backsplash tiles that would work with blue pearl granite, the darker blue. I saw some pictures on the forum that really looked great. They used glass white subway tiles with a section behind the stove that was a stainless steel. I can't remember the style they used for the layout.

Would like advise about whether you think this would work, also, would like suggestions.
