Child's Hat with Teddy Bear Ears

I am looking for a knitting pattern for a infant hat with little teddy bear ears on the top. BabyGap has them, in a soft chenille yarn, and I would love to make a couple for my newborn twin grandsons. I have searched online and can't find anything like that.

Can anyone help?

I have a pattern for a teddy bear crocheted afghan that I made years ago for GD. it was a series of small granny squares. The ears were half squares (diagonal) and you sewed them on so they stuck out. I could copy that pattern for you if it would help.

I would love the crochet pattern for the bear afghan if you don't mind sharing ! I adopted 3 children and am making each one their own special afghan.
