Such a nice surprise!

A gentleman in our law office brought me a gift today. No reason, other than he saw it and thought I'd like it. It's Stitch 'n Bit@h, the Knitter's Handbook. What a sweet thing to do. Can't wait until lunchtime.

Yes, he's married, as am I. He's just a really nice guy. Retired and got bored so he's occupying the empty office in my boss' (his friend) building and trying to generate business for him. He asks all of us lots of questions (how to use the copy machine, how to print an envelope, where supplies are, etc.), but mostly me, because my office is next to his. He just wanted to show his appreciation, I guess.

I know how much I appreciate people helping me when I am in a new situation. (Like trying to knit socks!!)
