Depending on your needs, an inexpensive stainless steel sink from your local home center might fit the bill. Look for one that's 8" to 12" deep. The least expensive ones are usually shallower than that, but you should still be able to find something in the $150 or under range. If you have a building salvage business in your area, you might check there, too. Chances are you can find something that will serve nicely at a bargain price.

On the Home Depot website there are several acrylic sinks made expressly for laundry rooms. There's one for under $150.00. It's 12" deep and has a built in wash board. Go to the link below, then search on "Peachtree Forge Laundry Sink".

I just had a 2nd floor laundry room built during our MBR renovation. I ended up finding an inexpensive Franke sink and faucet combo from Lowes. It is a stainless sink and the quality isn't great, but for it's purpose, I think it will be fine. Good luck!
