I know what you mean. My 500plus vibrates a lot, I have it on pedistals, so I just started using the perm press cycle for most everything and it's a lot better. Try loading it as your owners manual suggest,if you haven't done so, and see what happens.

I'm sorry but this just does not sound right... are you sure your machine is level, not just the top but if you put a level on the sides (all sides) is the bubble in the center, if you put it from the left rear to the right front on top is the bubble centered, now move it to the right rear and left front... go all over that machine with a level... my guess is the top is level but the sides are out of whack.

I'm assuming they checked for the dhopping bolts when you had your service call. Did the original installers lay the machine on a side (or worse yet top) when bringing it into your house?

I have had a bosch 500 for 2+ years with no vibrations after correcting the p-poor job of leveling the installers did. I'd restart the leveling process... turn all legs back into the machin as far as they will go and then start to level the machine yourself... yes it's time consuming to get it right... and if you don't babysit the installers they will NOT take the time to do it correctly they will just make sure it doesn't wiggle on the floor.

I found that the machine not only needs to be level, but each foot must support the same weight.

The best way I found to minimize vibration was to level the machine the best I could. I tried pushing down on the top from side to side, front to back, and from opposite corners. I adjusted the feet until there was no play. Once I did that, I started a spin cycle with wet towels, and adjusted the front feet a little at a time. I was amazed at the difference 1/4 of a turn made in terms of vibration. It took a while, but my Kenmore Elite HE3t is going on 6 years old and is very steady during spin. It is on a wood floor over a basement.

Of all the different types of loads I do, a fairly large jeans-only load seems to be the most challenging for my washing machine to properly balance. It will redistribute the load many times if necessary until it is evenly distributed before it ramps up the spin speed.

I don't think it is your load composition. According to consumer report's latest tests, the Bosch 300 series machines vibrated more than several other models.

Their video states that you will get too much vibration unless the front loader is located on a concrete floor.
