So our Thermador range has been in since August and we are very happy with the stove top, griddle and grill. My complaint and DH's complaint (the primary cook), is that the oven doesn't seem to get as hot as our old oven. Even when we preheat it an hour in advance...everything seems to take longer to cook. I am the baker and seem to have less of a problem when the oven is on convection, but the regular oven is annoying. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions? TIA!!!
