Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction. We just installed an Infinity AC system in our 200 year old farmhouse with all new duct work, etc. Many of the ducts are in the floor. We used the square aluminum reggio registers in this link for all the supplies http://www.reggioregister.com/category/3 however, they don't seem to make a return cover large enough to fit the return we have in our hallway. The current return grill is hideous. Any suggestions for a 10" x 20" air return grill for use in the floor similar to the reggio register square aluminum? Our AC contractor did not know of a source that had large decorative air return grills. Only thing I found was $1,100 for a cast bronze grill. A little pricey!
