whatever the local HVAC company you use charges. HVAC companies generally don't break down charges between labor and equipment. what would cost 1000 here may cost 5000 elsewhere.

about the only thing i can tell you would be to get a few companies to come out and give you estimates. toss out the low estimate and go with whichever company has the better service record of the ones left. do NOT use someone who jsut works out of a truck for himself unless he is insured/bonded and can provide several excellent references.
