AC System quotes

My house was built in 1994 and is 2004 square feet. I live in Dallas, Tx.

I had some problems with my zoning system recently and so I got someone to come out and take a look. The one contractor who came out was suggesting some ductwork and a new zoned system. I also asked them about what it would take to replace my HVAC system, as it is original to the house.

The current outside compressor is a 5 ton and I think 10 SEER. I don't know much about the furnace, but since it was installed post 1992 I assume it is 78% efficient or more. It is a natual gas furnace. I think it is single stage and has a plennum coil?

I tried to go read some reviews online for the units they were suggesting, but opinions seemed to vary greatly. He didn't give specific model numbers in the email he sent, but I assume those would be present in a more formal proposal. I need to call and setup a meeting or something to go over the proposal, and to ask some questions.

I am not sure if he did a manual J or other load calculation yet. I had someone suggest to me that they thought my system might be over sized, so I definitely want them to do a proper load calculation.

I also have a concern that the furnace he is recommending is only 80% efficient, which isn't much better, if any, than what I have now in terms of efficient?

Anyway, here is the info he gave me 3 different system options:
