I did a google search for organic chlorine laundry bleach and I think I figured it out. The term organic does not refer to anything "eco" or environmentally friendly. It refers to organic versus inorganic chemical substances.

This product does not sound healthy or "green" at all...

If I remember correctly, chlorine bleach can be made from sea salt(sodium chloride). Through a chemical process the sodium chloride gets broken down in to chlorine and sodium hydroxide. So the organic part could mean it is derived from sea salt, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is safe.

Chlorine is chlorine no matter where it comes from or how "organic" it's origins are.
