Is this enough lighting?

seems every other post is about proper placement . Lighting is such an overlooked thing though. Could someone please tell me if I will have enough lighting in this kitchen?

here's my layout:

The overall dimensions are about 13x13 for the actual cooking area. About 21x13 for the whole thing. Our specs call for 4 cans, 2 pendants over island and 1 ceiling light over the table area. If it helps, the kitchen window and the slider face SOUTH. To the right of the kitchen will be a long hallway to the side door (so no light will come in from that way) but to the bottom of the kitchen (on the picture) will be the dining room and living room which both have doors entering into the kitchen and both have big windows so a tiny bit of light will come in from those.

IF I stayed with those confines where would you place the cans? I'm thinking the I'd have one each to the left and right of the sink, one to the left of the stove and one near the pantry to the left of the fridge. IF I wanted to go with more cans where would you place those?

And yes, undercabinet lighting is a given. And there is a light in the stove vent. And yes, I need something over the sink which I think I will make a recessed can too. I'm just more curious about the proper placement and amounts of the cans.
