I'm toying with a HE TL choice since our location isn't suitable for a FL and the Samsung just doesn't have enough info for my risk-averse taste. ;-) I'm looking at the Cabrio/Bravos and the Harmony. Leaning toward the Harmony, but the Gentleness rating on Consumer Reports is just fair--not poor, but not good to middling either.

Anyone have some feedback on the gentleness rating, what that means to be "fair" or some experience with the Harmony in general? We're having an Energy Star tax free holiday this weekend and I'd like to capitalize on it.
