Any Moisture Resistant Cable Lighting Systems?

I have a small 5 X 8 NYC bathroom where I would like to use 5' of cable lights. I can't channel into my concrete ceiling, and just have an air shaft vent in there, and heater. I've been told these systems will corrode in a high moisture environment. This would be a perfect solution if I could find a moisture resistant system as they mount on the wall. Does one exist?

Also, what type of bulb would give me the most light? If I can't use the cable, I would like to try and light the whole bath just using two sconces on each side of a mirror. I would really like to avoid those light strips over the mirror if possible.
