Bathroom sink options

We make our morning coffee at a coffee station near our bedroom upstairs, and because there isn't another sink upstairs, I pour the leftover coffee(not the grounds!) into our bathroom sink. I now have a white sink, and I continually have to clean out the coffee stains. But we're about to do some renovating in the bathroom and replace the one piece "marble" counter-top/sink. (Yea!) The countertop will be made from leftover tile that we used on the floor. It's a beautiful tile (Denia w/nutmeg grout) that is predominantly a rust color with tans and some dark brown/black. It has a kind of painted concrete look. My question is, what would be a good sink to get? This is our master bath, which gets daily use, so it needs to be functional, but I'd love to do something besides white that I have to fight the coffee stains. I have a black graphite sink in the kitchen that I love. Would something like that work in the bathroom? I'll appreciate any suggestions!
