Redoing teenage son's bedroom. Purchased the Emmerson bed & nightstand by West Elm. Room has hardwood oak floors. Windows have white plantation shutters & white trim. There is a large white desk with floating white shelves above it. He wants white sheets. I got him textured white duvet & pillow covers for interest. Was thinking of putting a cool wallpaper on one wall (where bed goes) and paint the rest. Trying to marry the reclaimed wood bed with the crisp white Ikea desk. Thinking of a darker blue (more grey?) for the walls. Also looking for a cool chair/love seat to add, but not sure what color/fabric to use with the wood bed/white desk. Looking for a fun modern look.
