We affectionately call them Furry Mice.

Haven't dealt with them directly. But from what I've heard, people seem quite happy with them. They're probably a safe bet.

We looked at them today and the salesman said that they made a very high quality product. It is on the more expensive side. We chose Minka lights as an alternative to them.

I've always heard they are excellent lights, not all that cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Right?

We chose Minka over Murray Feiss for some bathroom lights to save a few dollars. Bottom line, we returned the Minkas and ended up ordering the Murray Feiss. You definitely get what you pay for...the Minka lights were complete junk. Every crystal was scratched...two of the three units were missing pieces...and, the company didn't even want them back! They told us just to keep them so we're just going to throw them away.

Our Murray Feiss lights for other areas of the home were of great quality.

I used Furry Mice (hahahaha lightguy!) for a number of my exterior fixtures and they are very well built. Had a problem getting a replacement glass shade through the dealer I bought from and called the factory in Brooklyn directly. They not only sent me the replacement shade, but also a full replacement set (two additional shades -- top and sides) no questions asked. The woman I spoke with was really wonderful. I won't forget them!

We used Murray Feiss for our exterior lighting, too. Love them. They give off a great warm glow.

If you're in the middle of a big remodel, make sure the contractor covers your lights after installation with plastic. We didn't do this and our lights were covered in 4 months of remodel dust... With all the intricate metal work on the MF lights, we were cleaning them for days. (Grrrr.)

I know this is a very old thread but wanted to add my two cents. I purchased 5 Murray Feiss bathroom sconces. Three in 2018. Two in 2019. One of the 2018 lights didn’t work from the get go. I received a replacement. Currently, from the 2018 purchase, two of the sconces only light up 1/2 of the fixture. The third sconce has dimmed. I paid a good amount of money for these to have them fail in only four years.
