As for yours, you could but generally the plug cord is not approved for hard wiring so you would have to rewire the fixture. The other issue is mounting the fixture to a junction box in the wall. It doesn't look as though you would be able to without drilling.

There are round fixture plates that might work in putting this on the wall. They are made to put the screws in for the fixture and they would be toggle bolted to the wall. The one thing that you would notice is the hole in the bottom of the light where you would not have the cord cover.

If you are not going to be inspected, you can use the same cord for the wiring that is with the lamp -- it is regular cord used by many manufacturers for both fixtures and lamps.

That being said, once you do this, it will void any warranty from the manufacturer. Make sure that the lamps work prior to making any changes. Also, we used to sell "plugs" to go into the whole in the bottom. You might want to check with your local lighting repair shop to see if they have the round fixture plate (instead of the fixture bar) and the "plug".
