Hi all,

I just bought a 1970 Marlette mobile home - single wide. 12' x 58'.

For the most part it is in great condition. However, I'd really like to update/upgrade the bathroom.

I've never owned a mobile home. What sort of things should I be aware of as I consider this bathroom remodel?

How does it differ from stick-builts when considering materials?

Basically I'm completely out of my element and am looking for some tips.
