Problem with SCALANCE X101-1 and Cisco Switch ?

I really don't know what do this happen when i try to connect a SCALANCE X101-1 and a [url=http://www.router-switch.com/Price-cisco-switches_c2]Cisco Switch[/url] with fiber optic cable, the LED P2 is permanent green. And the port on Cisco switch is configured for 100 MBit/s. Can somebody help me ?
