Late Jan/early Feb., we had our ceiling opened-up (from an improperly installed $5 vent-sleeve) to let a water-leak dry out.

Total bill for repairs/repainting whole upper-level ceiling...$1,200.

After this was all fixed & re-textured, C2 LOVO Ceiling-paint, L8150, was applied. Took about 3.5 gallons.

Painter did a great job...wasn't on MY dime anyway!!
