This is similar to my last post, but I didn't say how long it had been between coats. I guess that is crucial. If anybody can help I will be most appreciative.

I need to know if we need to sand. I told you all how painter quit after shooting 1 coat of final on top of 2 coats of primer.

We are ready to do final coat. Do we need to sand in order for this to adhere. Its been about 6 weeks since he shot 1st coat of final.
