My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Can you inform me as to the type of fabric that is hanging across the ceiling. This reminds me of some of the canopy hangings used on beaches down south. Would like to consider for hanging across my clear polycarbonate patio roof. To provide partial shade from intense sun. Thanks

    that fabric was a lightweight cotton...not recommended for outdoors. I
    would recommend using Sunbrella or one of the acrylic fabrics. There are
    many to choose from now...from sheer to awning weight. There are also
    companies who make and install these "sail shades"
