A foot-long mark was made on my newly painted ceiling (Muresco ceiling paint). I asked the painter if it was possible to touch the mark up - he said it should be no problem. He painted a 3x3 ft. square and once dried that's exactly what you saw. So he repainted the entire ceiling. That produced streaking. So he painted it again (this is all in the matter of 2-3 days) with a heavy coat. Now I have streaking and cracks are appearing - obviously from too much paint? It has now cured for about a month with no improvement. What are my next steps? I am afraid to try it myself because it most likely needs to be sanded down? Any advice would be appreciated.
