I ordered one rug from them, a runner, knowing it was backordered for several weeks. I received an email after placing the order with the expected ship date, then a day or two later another email saying the item had shipped. I had it within a week of ordering. What I ordered is very inexpensive, man made materials, but I knew that going in. I'd use them again.

I bought an 8 x 10 rug from them for my bedroom last year. No problems! I found the rug I wanted by browsing several web sites, and they happened to have the lowest price.

Thank you! I ordered a small rug for my kitchen area as well as their best pad, not expensive at all.
