Mosquitos really bad

The mosquitos are so bad here right now, the pup is on Heartguard but still they are just attacking her like crazy outside. Is there a pet-safe mosquito repellant? We have an old bottle of Cedarcide which helps some but don't know where to buy it anymore when it runs out.
