    It's difficult to tell by the photo, but it looks like it could be Top Knobs. There are many different cabinet hardware manufacturers out there making this style cup pull.     Unfortunately I did not originally post the photo but if I were to guess, it appears to be smaller than the standard 3"x6" subway tiles, so possibly 2"x4" tiles? The colour appears to be tender grey bright. Here's a photo of 3"x6" tender grey bright tiles.
